If your installation of 1Staff for Dynamics GP is currently configured to send emails via SMTP, you’ll need to take action to ensure email functionality continues without interruption.

To maintain email capabilities, you’ll need to install the SMTPToGraphGateway application. This tool acts as a bridge - receiving SMTP emails from 1Staff and forwarding them to Office365 using a supported protocol.

Log into SmartConnect and check the setup options to confirm what SMTP server you are using, if any.

If you are using XML Import Service for your integrations, check the 1Staff import configuration editor to confirm what SMTP server is being used.
