If your installation of 1Staff for Dynamics GP is currently configured to send emails via SMTP, you’ll need to take action to ensure email functionality continues without interruption.
To maintain email capabilities, you’ll need to install the SMTPToGraphGateway application. This tool acts as a bridge - receiving SMTP emails from 1Staff and forwarding them to Office365 using a supported protocol.

If you are, Firstly, talk to your IT department and confirm they are aware of the upcoming changes and can make any necessary changes. Secondly, you can contact PA to get further advice. |

GP Workflow. (Microsoft Dynamics GP -> Setup -> System -> Workflow Setup) If you use GP Workflow, check your Workflow configuration settings on your primary company. Confirm if the Server name is smtp.office365.com
