To address this challenge, we've implemented RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) in 1Staff Copilot Search. 1Staff Copilot now has a Document Search prompt type that allows you to set up and configure an OpenAI model to search against documents that you provide in an Azure Blob Storage container. This introduces a RAG process that Copilot can use to search specific domains or an internal knowledge base, all without the need to retrain the model.
